Service writer was very informative and worked with me to get my truck into the dealership in a timely manner and get all my recalls handled. I appreciate them calling me to inform me I had open recalls and all four recalls were handled in one day witch I appreciate

We usually just drop the Bronco off for service and then go have lunch or do something else but this time I drove over alone and would simply wait. Aaron told me it'd be about an hour so I wondered around and looked at the inventory for about 15 minutes and then sat in the service lounge and watched TV. It was only about a half hour until Aaron came with my keys and told me I was all set to go. Another very good service department experience!

Vehicle was serviced and ready when expected. I appreciated the call letting me know when veh was ready. My only disappointment was that I had just vacuumed my car. The driver side floor was filthy when I picked it up. Usually there is a paper mat, but there was nothing. It had been raining for a few days, so the ground was messy. It was carried into my car.
