Do not trust the sales process at Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland. My wife and I walked into this dealership (June 2026) completely prepared to sign the paperwork and purchase a 2026 Buick Enclave Avenir. We had done our due diligence, researched the market, and were ready to make a deal. When the sales representative brought the out-the-door pricing sheet to the desk, I naturally pulled out my phone to take a picture of the paperwork for my personal records. I just wanted to track the math and make sure there were no hidden fees. Instead of acting like a professional closing a high-end deal, the sales rep became extremely hostile and defensive. He explicitly told me I wasn't allowed to photograph the quote and actually accused me of creating "different profiles" online. Like any smart consumer, I used different tools to do my research—Carfax, CarGurus, TrueCar, etc. How those third-party sites work on the backend isn't my problem; I'm just a consumer trying to purchase a vehicle. But he treated me like I was doing something illegal just for shopping around. I'm an engineer. In my profession, doing comprehensive research and verifying math is called basic due diligence. To have a dealership employee look a ready-to-buy customer in the eye and treat them with such disrespect simply because they are educated and want to document the numbers is absolutely absurd and completely unacceptable. If a dealership gets this defensive over a customer taking a picture of an out-the-door quote, it tells you everything you need to know about how they do business. We immediately got up and walked out. If they treat customers this terribly in the sales department, I can only imagine how bad the service department must be. I even sent an email directly to the General Manager regarding this situation, and I have received absolutely no reply. They really don't care about the customer at all. Bottom line: If you are an educated customer who expects respect and transparency—and doesn't want to be made to feel like a criminal—go somewhere else. But sure, if you want to get ripped off, go ahead and buy a vehicle here. Don't ask any questions, skip your due diligence, and blindly sign whatever price they put in front of you. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have purchased a few vehicles through this dealership when it was under different ownership. This is one of the reasons I returned to this location. My sales associate Victor was outstanding. I arrived in the evening and Victor was very patient and courteous and did not make me feel rushed in looking at vehicles. Victor stayed through the whole process to make sure that I was taken care of and had everything that I needed - even though it was past closing time. I would definitely recommend Victor and tis dealership to others looking for a vehicle and I would definitely return again. The finance manager David was also very kind and courteous and did not make me feel rushed. He took his time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Very pleased with my experience.

Dealership was easy to deal with over the phone, friendly and not pushy with add ons or up sales. Cash purchase from 6 hrs away and delivered new vehicle to our location. Only trouble I had was getting in touch with them for wire but it was the week before Christmas so I imagine they were busy. Overall good experience.

The service team was outstanding! My service consultant, Dave Bushnell, was incredibly helpful—he answered every question thoroughly and made both drop-off and pickup completely seamless. The service department is the only reason I keep buying cars from this dealership. Highly recommend!
