Stress free, and excellent customer service

Harris Fazal was very nice and helpful. He answered all of our questions, he happily gave us the details about which car was a good fit, and gave us great deal.

New Purchasing

I'm not someone who writes a lot of reviews but I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Castle Honda in Morton Grove, IL. The process was very smooth from beginning to end. More specifically my brother and I would like to give high praised to our salesman Josh Ghaffari. Not only was he extremely genuine and honest, but also a true professional. His 4 years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew that deal that I needed to make things work for me. Not only did I get to leave the dealership with a new Honda Accord, but I also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you Josh and Thanks also go out to General Manager AJ for this assistance and for staying true to his word. Great Service!!!

Everyone at Castle Honda was very helpful! The staff answered all my questions. Exceptional service overall! They made sure to explain every aspect of the car. And make sure that if I need more help in the future, they were available.

New Car Purchase

General Service

I bought my car in December through Harris and Noura. They made sure they gave me the best price possible along with amazing features. I came back 4 months later for an oil change and they were more than willing to accommodate my requests. The GM AJ along with Harris and Noura made sure that I was guided to the right place to get the services needed on my car and so that I am satisfied. Along with that they were willing to give my car an overall check up to make sure that the car is running fine and that if there were any issues, parts would be orders and installed through my warranty. That being said, all the promises I was given when buying the car were kept along with providing additional services. I would highly recommend this dealer along with the employees there specially the ones mentioned above.

Truly a no pressure dealer

I am giving this dealer 4 stars because of my experience with their salesman, Matt. Unfortunately, I ended up walking away from the deal for financial reason. First off, I think this dealer truly is a no pressure dealer. Throughout my interactions w/ Matt, I never felt any pressure into buying a car there. If anything, I wanted to buy a car because of Matt. He was extremely patience with me..through all the multiple phone calls, through all the crazy texting, and being flexible w/ my constant back and forth about the car of the car. He was a champ. He smiled and laughed ....despite me changing my mind like a gazillion time. I especially liked that Matt didn't try to push unnecessary add-ons or maintenance package. I am taking 1 star off because the financing program in my opinion isn't that great. I was looking for a 2017 Honda CRV EX model...I was told that for someone w/ a credit score of 750+, the interest would be 4%. In my opinion, that's ridiculously high.

Great Car buying experience

Car purchase

I came in there purchase a new car and nora approach me she was the manager she greeted me at the door she was very helpful she made my car buying experience a very pleasant and very easy I would recommend Nora and Harris the other sales person that went over the vehicle showed me all my features they were great at what they did and they made my car buying experience one of the best I would recommend them to everybody
