I am a retired owner of a ten bay Napa Auto Care Center employing five ASE Master Techs so I am fully aware of just how tough it can be at times to keep your customers happy. As a customer of your dealership for over three years now I have watched your team in the Quick Lane and the service department struggle with all of hardships forced on them by the pandemic. I just wanted you to know that as a customer, I have always been delighted with the professionalism and dedication to customer service exhibited by your staff. But most importantly, I just want you to know how impressed I am with Ben. (Jake does a great job as well) Ben bent over backwards to get this problem solved all the while dealing with the intense pressure and stress caused by a severe staff shortage and all of the other problems your industry is struggling with at this time. Please give Terry and Ben a pat on the back for me. I would not consider going anywhere else for my automotive needs. All the best, Jim Shotwell, a customer for life.

Changed my tires for new ones in record time.
Changed my tires in record time...I dropped off my car and received a phone call that my tire change was done ahead of my 3 p.m. pick up. Love the Quick Lane!

Poor Service
Vehicle was dropped off for calibration by body shop. 1 week later it was still sitting at the dealership untouched. Finally called and got a bunch of lame excuses about back log and bad roads. Service girl was clueless as to what was going on. Her boss just keep saying we're sorry but no solid plan on how to get the work done. Still waiting for someone to get off his or her xxx and do the work. Pretty xxxx poor service on the Lincoln.

F150 Shelby Raptor
My experience at Bozeman Ford was really easy and efficient. I knew I wanted a Raptor but was not familiar with the Shelby model. Dan, the salesman, was great at describing the changes and features of the model. The process to trade in my car and buy it was comfortable and easy. No BS, which I really appreciated.

A New Yorker's Experience at Bozeman Ford
Superb experience at Bozeman Ford. We moved from New York to Montana because of COVID. I needed two high-quality, fairly priced SUVs, and wanted to buy them from a reputable dealer with a smart, informed trustworthy team. I was fortunate enough to work with Gary Berg at Bozeman Ford. They gave me the straight skinny. They were professional, courteous, and went the extra mile to help us out. Gary and his colleague personally drove our new vehicles an hour to deliver them to us and give us the white glove tour of features, and then they kindly agreed to return our rented vehicles back to Bozeman Airport -- again an hour drive. What a pleasure to deal with. And the vehicles are a perfect fit for our needs!
