Lowell was amazing!
Lowell was amazing! We have been looking for my specific color combination for my GV80 for several weeks now and Lowell was able to locate it and get it too my within three days. Whole process was easy and loved working with him and the team at Parks Genesis of Gainesville.

Dishonest - Leased a vehicle from Parks Genesis 3 years...
Dishonest - Leased a vehicle from Parks Genesis 3 years ago and it was a very smooth transaction. Finance took their time and walked me through the lease agreement including the purchase option at lease end. It was refreshing to see that there was a $0 Purchase Option Fee in the lease agreement. Now, 3 years later and I want to purchase the car at lease end and the dealer wants to charge a purchase fee. When I show them the lease agreement with the purchase fee line clearly marked $0 they indicate it was a mistake and they will not honor the agreement. Apparently as a consumer I need to pay the monthly lease per the legal agreement, but the dealership gets to decide what terms they want to honor. Extremely dishonest way to run a business and would not deal with them in the future. Buyers beware.
