I purchased a 2018 Forester in April of 2021.

I purchased a 2018 Forester in April of 2021.After a few days I decided to change the license plate frames as I don't advertise for free.Imagine my surprise when I realized that your salesman ( or lot jockeys) clipped the top corners of my plates off making it impossible to display just the plate itself( without my knowledge or permission). Rather than storming back to your dealership and making a scene, I've decided instead to have my maintenance done elsewhere.How could I trust any repairs to be done honestly when you would pull a stunt like that???!!

This dealership has been listing for weeks several Subaru Foresters for $25,914. In fact, they don't have any in stock. When asked about bait & switch, they state that they have no control of what is listed on Cars.com.

Waste of a drive. Been eyeing a car for a long time (at...

Waste of a drive. Been eyeing a car for a long time (at least a month) and decided to finally give it a look. So we told them that we are coming and they said come on in. We drove for an hour to the place only to hear the car was sold upon our arrival. We even confirmed that same day if the car was still available and they said it was. Don't trust what these people say or else it might cost you a two hours of your life and disappointment right after. I wouldn't be surprised if this was a bait car as the deal was too good to be true, only for the sales to then offer a more expensive car out on the lot. Shady........

Absolutely terrible. I tried to buy a new car here, and not only was the staff unprofessional and unresponsive, but they sold my car out from under me after we had already worked a deal. At one point, the salesman lost my license in his pockets and was digging for it when a pack of condoms fell onto the desk. They refused to be transparent with price negotiations and wouldn't even tell me how much they were going to give me for my trade in. They were constantly playing mind games with numbers and trying to confuse me. I ended up going to Van Bortel after these guys let me down, and I had an amazing experience. I got more car for less money, and they were totally transparent. I will never recommend that anyone buy a Subaru from Spurr/Bob Johnson in Brockport.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at spurrs. Ouer sale person listened to what we wanted and found me what was looking for. Our next vehicle will come from there too.

Do not buy a vehicle from Spurr

My daughter bought a car from Spurr and the first day she had it she realized, because the monitor tells her, that an oil change was not done before it left the dealership. Two weeks later she hears a noise in her brakes. One of the bolts in her caliper was gone. Went to the dealership to get this whole situation rectified and they openly admitted that the vehicle had never been inspected before it left the lot. She was transporting two small children with her. They are lucky nothing happens to any of them. I wouldn't trust them with any purchase.

Service is one star if I could go lower I would

I have a brand new Chevy express when it was okd by Gmail office to fix something under warranty I took it to spur they didn’t want to fix it they wanted me to pay same thing happened Friday had another small problem they tried to lie I caught them in all lies tried to call owner good luck with that talked to sales manager he believes what service manager said which were all lies that I proved were lies well ur warned don’t trust that dealership as far as buying a vehicle there good luck with that go to hoselton much cheaper price and service is friendly and fast service at spurr you will be sorry

Purchased a new Subaru from Spurr back in 2013, and a year later I reached out to them inquiring on purchasing another new Subaru, but never heard back after leaving multiple messages. Needless to say, I purchased form another area dealer (and have now purchased 3 more vehicles from them since). Today, I called just to ask their "best price" on a specific model and requested Tammy in Sales email me her response. She called me back, which was good; however, She quoted me a price that was $2k higher than I was offered by two other local dealers and wanted me to offer her "proof" of the lower offers. I told her I was not interested in playing games and just wanted to know her best offer. Tammy responded, "You should just buy from them then!" and hung up on me.

Good sales person. Good service department.

I traded in a 2015 Wrx that I also purchased from Spurr Subaru. I bought a 2019 WRX. Being a return customer sats it all.
