Kind folks, Great experience. Love the vehicle.

Great experience! Josh Crawford answered our questions and was a great help, even helped get through to our insurance company. We came in to test drive a car we found on the web. Liked the way it drove and looked. Bought the car and drove it home that night! Josh even told us about a great place to eat nearby. Allie Causey took care of our paperwork with no wasted time. We really appreciated the three people who kept the place open so that we could complete the purchase. Kind folks! Really went the extra mile to take care of us.

I came in at close to 4 pm on the Friday before labor...

I came in at close to 4 pm on the Friday before labor day. I needed the lock lug for my tires. Even though I was buying used tires from another vendor, JT in the service department asked a tech to immediately replace all four sets of lugs so that I could get back to the other vendor before they closed for the day. This was a blessing as the tires were too dangerous to travel back home - 150 miles. The decorum of JT and his leadership within the service department at Allen Hyundai saved the day for me. Hats off to these guys!!!

Very surprised at the unprofessional way the service...

Very surprised at the unprofessional way the service department operates. Had several problems with repairs and was treated very poorly by service manager.. Highly recommend going to another Hyundai dealership.

Service department is incompetent! Doesn’t pay to have a...

Service department is incompetent! Doesn’t pay to have a good warranty, if you can’t get good service. You should be able to leave 0 stars, because that is the amount of service I’ve received! AVOID Allen Hyundai, drive to Slidell or Gautier!

Smooth Quality Experience

Bought a used car from here and was absolutely pleased with my purchase. They made sure I was in good hands and had the car for me ready to drive off the lot as good as new in under 30 minutes.

under carriage of hyundai

I own a Hyundai Elantra and we went to Florida for a visit early this year and when we were driving back I herd the worse noise something flapping under the car bad so we pulled over to a Goodyear store in Alabama and there were two young guys there and they looked at the car and said you need 2 tires that cost $170,00. Left there and started home when the same noise started up again,drove 50 miles a hour home here to Gulfport. I finally had a friend look under the car and said the plastic flap was broken bad and need replaced. I called to different companies and they were very expensive and shipping was worse. I decided to call Allan Hyundai and they were the cheapest around including installation.I now and will always take my vehicle to Allen Hyundai excellent service

horrible dealership

I called the owner about a complaint it all he did was yell curse and threaten me over the phone is service department they have is horrible

Best new car buying experance i have ever had

These people were great , They let me test drive two deferent car the first was a standard, I all ready had one so I knew how to drive . It was a nice car buy I found out that this would not a good fit for the next 6 to 10 yrs so I took out a automatic and the next day that is the one I bought . The sales man jj was great and the lady who did my financing was super nice ,I also meet Tom Allen who owns this lot and that is the first I have seen a owner on the lot

Promotion scam

This dealership is very shady how they do their promotions and try to do the bait and switch on you, I would recommend staying far away from this dealership.
