I stopped in to get some paperwork updated.
I stopped in to get some paperwork updated. Brian, who had never worked with me, took all the time needed and got me covered. Then walking out to my car, he noticed a screw in my tire. Sent me right to service without any appointment. Peter in service was able to accommodate me in spite of being busy. I needed a replacement tire but because of mileage was able to get me a large discount from Michelin. I felt everyone went above and beyond, and certainly saved me future problems. I generally don’t praise dealerships, but thanks Genesis if Naples.

My 2026 Genesis 2026 was receiving a Xylion coating on car exterior and leather seats. All went well. Product delivered on car, courtesy car arrived, with a few hiccups. Peter Franks was very professional and informative about service. Tim helped me with courtesy car forms. I love my new car. I would recommend dealership and can't wait for new building to be done.

Quick diagnosis and repair. My GV80 2024 was not cooling properly. AC Evaporator coil needed to be replaced. Loaner vehicle made all the difference with my work schedule. Greatly appreciate the prompt scheduling and friendly/ professional service team - Exceptional!
