was kept informed, given a loaner so I didn't have to wait, and the repairs were done correctly. This service department has also answered my phone calls when I am on the road with an issue ie: key or overheating and been extremely helpful. Tom in the service department is great to deal with, and very patient with all my quesitons.

Brian was great handling all of my issues and making sure I was up to date on what was going on. The service was ok, a little disappointing. Had a tire replaced and there was gunk on the wheel that was not wiped off. Oil dripped I?m guessing at this point from the oil change from the car onto garage floor. Enough that it caught my attention.

I had to replace a 2nd key and needed to rekey the entire program. Made an appointment and was in and out on an hour. As promised.

Brian was, as he always is, professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. He clearly communicated all facets of the servicing process. As expected, I had an excellent outcome with no surprises.

Always get it right the first time, returned the car cleaner than when delivered and actually detailed the vehicle. Top flight, reliable service. We only work with Towson Porsche for purchases and service.
