Second time I’ve bought a car from Jose and he has a new

Second time I’ve bought a car from Jose and he has a new addition to his team Paul and they were both great and went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend them for your number one place to get a car they have so many great cars in o choose from and all very reasonable and reliable. Both cars I bought from here never had any issues or complaints both excellent and made me happy..

I recently purchased a vehicle from Joshsav motors, the staff was extremely helpful. They found me a great deal i could afford and the vehicle drives and runs great. I highly recommend them if you're looking for an affordable quality vehicle.

Stay away from this dump!

Stay away from this dump! I tried to buy a car and Jose is very unprofessional. He doesn't return calls. I guess because I was from out of state he didn't want to be bothered. Must not want to make money. I chased him for over a week,then someone calls me and states the car had to go back to the auction because of issues,but still listed for sale. No problem. I took my business elsewhere. Unprofessional jerk!

Best buying experience I ever had. No games, No xx! Staff was helpful and not pushy. I will be going back for my sons car next year.

On August 24th, 2023 I tried to purchase a used car from Joshsav Motors. My only question via text was the inspection status of the car. They lied and said it was inspected until August of next year. I made arrangements to bring a 2nd driver and make the two hour drive to the dealership only to find out far into my trip that it was a bait and switch. The car I wanted was not able to pass inspection because it was rusted out. I was lied to, disrespected to my face, and extremely disappointed that I drove 4 hours for nothing. They were extremely rude and lied continuously throughout the entire ordeal. The dealership is completely devoid of integrity.

Mr Clauser, As expected thank you for your 1 star review. But when posting a Negative review please feel free to post all the facts. Yes you did call our dealership and asked if the 2002 Toyota Camry that we have for sale was inspected and were told yes through August of 2024. My salesman Omi who you talked to realized after hanging up the phone with you that he had confused the inspections with a 2002 Honda Accord that we also have for sale and proceeded to give you a call back to clarify his error. See Attached phone call log. 08/24/2023 3:20 PM Outbound phone call (Contacted) (Duration:01:30) By: Omi Camacho hung up on me After a conversation of a 01:30 he explained to you his mistake and at the same time proceeded to offer the 2002 Honda Accord that is inspected through August of 2024 and sent you a link to the car. All this took place between 3:20 and 3:23 pm of that day so you where well aware that you where not coming to see the 2002 Toyota Camry since you needed to buy a car that was inspected. Upon arriving at our store at 5:43pm 2hrs and 43 mins later leads me to believe that you had not started your journey yet as it only takes according to you 2 hrs. to arrive from your location to mine. Once here you asked for the 2002 Honda and took it for a test drive at which time you drove the car as if you where in the Indianapolis 500 and abused it. After returning from your test drive and managing not to break anything on the vehicle, You then started with the BAIT AND SWICTH Statement only to try to negotiate the price because you wanted to buy it. At that point I took offence at your BAIT AND SWICTH statement since you where well informed ahead of time that the car you wanted would not pass PA safety inspection on that phone call that was placed to you by my salesman Omi. That's when I made a business decision and chose not to sell you the car because either way I knew this would be the end result. Good luck on your search.

You lied to my face and now are lying on this review site. Let's breakdown the lies 1 by 1. I did not call to ask if the Camry was inspected; I asked via text at 9:23 am. Here is the conversation: 9:23 am "I just need to know when its inspection expires." Omi's response at 9:26 am "August of next year" At this point, I started making arrangements to find a driver to do me the huge favor of riding with me and driving back. My wonderful cousin found time on her break as a nurse to answer my message and agree to helping straight off her shift. She left work around 2pm, I presume changed out of scrubs, and headed to me at 2:20. I don't know exactly when we left together but we live around 30 minutes from each other. Everything else is verifiable via screen shots. Omi called me at 3:20. During the call, he told me he was mistaken, and it was another car that was inspected until August. He told me the price and I informed him it was out of my price range. I said if you could come down a bit on the price then I could come in to look at it. He said with a positive tone of voice "Come on in!" I repeated that I need the price lowered and again he said "Come on in!" I don't remember the exact wording I used, but his response is burned into my memory. I then said I will see you in a bit. He awkwardly said nothing and then I hung up by pressing end in my car. Read that again... in my car. Because I was well on my way. If there was no wiggle room, he should have told me then. I didn't see the two texts after that because I was driving. The trip took a little extra time coming up as I missed a turn and my GPS lost signal once, but we arrived around 5pm. I don't have an exact minute as there is no screen shot associated with our arrival. Calls were made on the lot proving it was well before 5:43 pm. Once there, you didn't have the car on location as Omi thought I hung up on him. That explains why he didn't say "Bye" or "See you then" etc... My cousin and I waited while Omi picked up the car. I then test drove it. I tested it's acceleration once but did not speed. The rest of the way I babied it as I didn't feel confident using it. No one from your dealership was even on the test drive so you cannot make an informed comment on anything other than when I quickly accelerated up to around 45mph to get on the main road. After that, I tried to buy the car and you said there was no wiggle room. You lied about when I was called about the inspection claiming you called around 2:30-3:00. I showed you my phone log of 3:20 proving that was wrong. You still wouldn't acknowledge that I was already driving. Even in this review you are lying about the time. You say, I arrived at 5:43. I arrived around 5pm. The time of 5:43 is approximately the time I left the dealership after waiting for the car to be picked up from another location, test driving it, and briefly discussing the purchase of the vehicle. This can be proven with phone records from my cousin who made calls to her husband at the dealership. I cannot attach photos to this comment, but I have screenshots that prove all the exact times I stated. If there is a way to make them public on here, I am happy to provide them. Your lies should be exposed. You didn't just waste my day; you wasted the day of my cousin.

Once again you were given upfront information way before you arrived. It was your option to continue your journey to us or you could have just turn around and not come at all.

I was not given upfront information. At 9:26 am you could have told the truth about the inspection. At 3:20 pm, (an hour after my cousin started driving) you could have told the truth that you couldn't drop the price any towards the lower one I was originally quoted for the "bait car." Even if you told the truth at 3:20 pm, if I turned around that very moment, my cousin would have 2 hours' worth of driving/riding to endure. You did not tell the truth at any of those times. You did not tell the truth in your response. All you have done is lie and argue. To anyone considering buying from this place; do not. Take their own advice and "just turn around and not come at all."

Pants on fire!

Seller is a grade A LIAR, lists vehicles as 4 wheel drive that anyone can see are not. Seller is intentionally misrepresenting vehicles to increase sale price. Hiding behind all sales as is like a dirty coward despite the fact that it would never hold up in court. Hope you get sued into oblivion!

Mr MechaNerd, First let me start by saying that we have no record of you ever being at our dealership. Secondly every vehicles that we have listed on all platforms go through a VIN DECODING SYSTEM that pull the manufactures spec on that particular VIN. Third we have a CAR-FAX report attached on all of our vehicles listed on our website that also DECODE the drivetrain on that car on our website and on any other sites. As to how you can walk towards a car and tell the drivetrain, that's a special skill that clearly you only possess. So in conclusion we take every step necessary to fully disclose what we advertise. So sorry that you felt the need to put a false review since you where never here.
