So far so good!

So far we are pleased with Motorcar Honda sales and finance personnel. Time will tell on Service Department and overall dealership, but so far looking good.

Best Auto Dealer in NE Ohio

From the outstanding facility itself to the superb sales team and always accommodating service department, Motorcars Honda is the best auto dealership around. I've purchased/leased automobiles from Motorcars for nearly 20 years and have never been anything but 100% satisfied with every aspect of my experience. Joe Bencivenni has been my sales agent for the entire length of my time with Motorcars and you simply couldn't ask for a greater guy to do business with. Combined with the excellent service department and the extremely welcoming and comfortable customer service/waiting area, there's no possible way I'd consider going anywhere else for my vehicle. As long as Joe is with Motorcars and Honda continues to deliver an excellent car in a variety of models that works for my family, I'll be returning again and again. If you're interested in a Honda and you're not exploring options with Motorcars, you're missing out. Great people, great dealership.

Amazing team effort in helping me buy a new Honda CR-V!

I would like to thank the entire team at Motocars Honda in helping me buy a new Honda CR-V. At the outset, I would like to thank Adam Howe for his incredible help in getting the car that I needed. Adam is very personable which makes it easy to interact with him. He was also very patient in answering all my questions. He went a step further and offered information down to the last detail insisting that I should be a well-informed buyer and made sure that I understood all the features of the new car. I also would like to express my sincere heartfelt thanks to Vinson Treharne for going above and beyond to get the best financing option possible for me. Even though it took a great deal of effort and time, he was very patient in explaining all the paperwork and took it upon himself to get me the best rate. I would also like thank Minville Thompson and Brian Zent for their amazing effort and patience in getting the best price possible for my new car. I never felt like I was just another client at the dealership. Everything was taken care of with due diligence and promptness. I was pleasantly surprised at the time and overall effort that was undertaken by every one of them at the dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying my first new car. In all seriousness, you will never go thirsty at this dealership as everyone keeps offering water all the time that I lost count of the number of Motorcars water bottles.

Bought a new car

We worked with Vernell Ivy. She was patient over several visits, professional, very friendly, and did not push us. Good communicator and also put us at ease. Very knowledgeable about the car. Also a good salesperson: we are satisfied with what we were offered.

Attention to details

My husband and I were impressed with Motorcars, particularly our salesman Jeff Berlin. He answered every question with clear understanding of the product. He also offered further information to help us understand new features added since our previous Accord. Jeff was professional and paid great attention to details. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car.

2017 Honda Pilot

Second car I am buying from this dealership with Rich Klimkowski as the sales person. I choose this dealership and Rich because of a previous lease 3 years ago which was handled so well. Painless negotiations and purchase once again. Very professional dealership and sales staff.

Positive Experience Buying First New Car

This was my first time buying a new car (had previously bought used from family members) so I wasn't sure what to expect from the dealership. At Motorcars Honda, I dealt almost exclusively with Raj, who was very patient and laid-back with me and my very involved family. He was also able to get my vehicle in the color I desired even though the dealership didn't originally have it, so that was also very appreciated.

Great Service from Vernell Ivy

My husband and I stopped into Motorcars Honda on Fourth of July Weekend inquiring about trading in our cars to lease a couple of new Hondas. We were directed by a very helpful Brian Zent to Vernell Ivy for assistance. Vernell was so personable, knowledgeable, professional, organized, and helpful. She has such a good presence and did not make us feel pressured at all during our time there. Vernell and the team at Motorcars Honda went above and beyond to help us get the best deal and the best cars to fit our lifestyles. We were so overjoyed and pleasantly suprised with our experience. We will definitely be recommending Motorcars Honda and Vernell Ivy to our friends and family. Vinson Treharne was also very pleasant and accommodating when it came to getting our paperwork finished up. 2017 Ridgeline

Easy and fair negotiations. Sales person was very knowledgeable about the car and all the electronics. He explained everything and helped set up all the personalization. Andrew personally inspected the car to make sure it was ready for delivery and could not have been more accommodating. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car.
