Combined with the excellent service department and the extremely welcoming and comfortable customer service/waiting area, there's no possible way I'd consider going anywhere else for my vehicle. We worked with Vernell Ivy. She was patient over several visits, professional, very friendly, and did not push us. Good communicator and also put us at ease. Very knowledgeable about the car. Also a good salesperson: we are satisfied with what we were offered.

My husband and I were impressed with Motorcars, particularly our salesman Jeff Berlin. He answered every question with clear understanding of the product. He also offered further information to help us understand new features added since our previous Accord. Jeff was professional and paid great attention to details. Second car I am buying from this dealership with Rich Klimkowski as the sales person. I choose this dealership and Rich because of a previous lease 3 years ago which was handled so well. Painless negotiations and purchase once again. Very professional dealership and sales staff.

This was my first time buying a new car (had previously bought used from family members) so I wasn't sure what to expect from the dealership. At Motorcars Honda, I dealt almost exclusively with Raj, who was very patient and laid-back with me and my very involved family. He was also able to get my vehicle in the color I desired even though the dealership didn't originally have it, so that was also very appreciated.

Easy and fair negotiations. Sales person was very knowledgeable about the car and all the electronics. He explained everything and helped set up all the personalization. Andrew personally inspected the car to make sure it was ready for delivery and could not have been more accommodating. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car.
