Charles and the mechanic that worked on my car stayed
Charles and the mechanic that worked on my car stayed until 7PM - three hours after closing- to complete replacing rear ball bearings that were difficult to get out due to rust. The mechanic had to borrow a blow torch from another dealer to heat the area to get the old ball bearings out. Charles kept me informed throughout the unexpected delays attributable to getting the old ball bearings out. Charles and the mechanic are simply fabulous employees who went overboard in their efforts to service my car. Charles is the best!

I arrived early (45 minutes) and asked if I had time to
I arrived early (45 minutes) and asked if I had time to get gas. Charles directed me to the nearest station, and, while there, I was also able to find a PetSmart and buy supplies for my upcoming trip. The car was taken in on time. I needed to walk some and was looking at the keys on the board behind the service desk. The gentleman behind the glass came out and asked if I was being helped. I answered, yes, then went back and sat down. I was a little antsy as I had a contractor scheduled for my house about 35 minutes away. Charles responded quickly and also showed me how to fix the time on the clock. I really appreciate the car being washed. A good experience.

Spencer in the service department did and always does an awesome job getting my car in quickly for maintenance and/or service. While I am there, he always keeps me in the loop and the car is ready when he says it will be ready. I've only had great experiences with him and this dealership! If you own a Subie, then you should take your car here every time.

Spencer went out of his way to get our concerns taken care of. He was even able to get our next service date taken care of to save us a return trip in 3 weeks. Very friendly. He’s then best.
