They were not professional or prepared to sell me this car. They never listed that the car had a broken windshield. They said the car had cold air but it was not working properly. It was blowing only warm air. It was not very clean and they didn’t have a key to be able to lock the door only an ignition key. The coolant was way low. They had to fill it. Bluetooth was only static. We drove 100 miles to purchase this car and we were very disappointed.

Everyone was great at Southside! They were very upfront and answered all my questions and have the best prices in town! I will definitely come back next time I am shopping for a car

My wife visited about 2 weeks ago, after a long search for our daughter. Vehicle we wanted was sold right beofe we got there. No hard feelings, they were straight forward and offered to take a deposit over the phone, which i should have done. You snooze you lose. Overall great prices, and we did see another we like that we may be back for. I will be back

A friend recommended me. Best bang for your buck for sub 10K cars. As far as value for the money- Trust me I shopped all over the city of Birmingham and compared multiple vehicles.

We came across them on Cars.com and called them directly upon seeing the Mercedes Benz advertised for $12,000. the market on this specific vehicle was around $14,000-$16000 with similar miles more or less. Was shocked with the price and skeptical at the same time. Asked a couple questions, was made aware that its not a perfect car (I was not expecting it to be and I was open minded when shopping- I knew dings dents, and some maintainence is expected). I recently looked at the EXACT same vehicle with same features that was priced at $15,000. Only difference was that the $15,000 vehicle was detailed- I did not care about that if I was going to save money on the purchase. Long story short drove 2 hours- was worth the drive- car did have wear and tear as expected, car was priced 2K below market as shown! Very happy family- we will recommend and we will be back for the next one! We did a lot of homework before shopping and i must say these guys were great AND QUICK!

I recently purchased a 2013 VW from them for my daughter and wanted to thank them on the good car and nice personal. I enjoyed speaking to them and was hoary to purchase sight unseen from out of state. Purchased a 2011 Jetta about 1 month ago- I wanted to thank Lee for meeting me after hours and for giving me a discount on the automobile I chose. I lived in the Birmingham metropolitan area for going on 10 years- showed for 4 vehicles in those 10 years, all being used and under 10K. I was never a firm believer in buying a new car mainly because of the unknown economy the past couple years. With that being said, I had more luck dealing with this company than with any other small moms and pops car lot. The vehicles iviv purchased have all had over 150K miles which does not bother me if the value is right. When buying a full out cash purchase a consumer really wants the best absolute price. This dealer had his units priced below market value and also gave me an extra $300 off the sticker price which i thought was beyond fair. Did not expect brand new and knew what used cars are like. I really am enjoying the latest purchase. My only complain is the color! it makes it my 4th white car in a row

These people were very helpful at enabling me to purchase the 2012 BMW X5. I have been in love with the body style since the 2010. My 2007 was totaled by a bad drunk driver who pulled in front of it. It feels good to have the 2012 to replace my old 2010 one. I would definitely purchase from them again. There was no pushiness and more of a laid back cool salesman. The way I like it!
