This was my first time here and I’m impressed.

This was my first time here and I’m impressed. My service advisor was a good communicator and she kept in close contact with the technician so I always knew what was going on.

Everyone was very friendly.

Everyone was very friendly. Everyone that would pass by asked if we wanted something to drink or something. Saw the guy that help me buying my car. He’s so attentive and very nice. The girl roxan super super friendly and nice. The lady that greet me when I arrive was also very nice and attentive.

I did that above.

I did that above. They waited 7 whole days to order the axle I need. Said they had to test drive the car to diagnose my stalling problem when the car was first started up. But they didn't need to test drive it, because the problem only occurred when the car was first started. When I came to pick it up after the new axle they still hadn't fixed the problem. Only when I started it up to leave it stalled right there in your lot. Then they got a code and it took a few more days to fix. But I was told they had gotten this code previously. All in all the car was there 2 whole weeks! Not only was I without a car but I couldn't do my job, UberEats, which cost me an additional several hundred dollars beyond what I payed you guys. I am semi-retired and really need that money.
