Great service
Was easy to get same day appointment. Only complaint is they need to do better whoever is vacuuming the inside of the car. It is very nice to have this service, but please do a good job.

Excellent Customer Service
I was able to easily make an appointment online for 15k-mile service on my 2015 Sonata. Immediately after I arrived, I was greeted by name on the spot by Brian. He confirmed my requested services and explain what the services consisted of. In addition, he suggested a couple additional services, in which I'm sure that's what he's supposed to do. Because he was not forceful, but friendly and personable, I agreed on a couple extra services that he suggested. He gave me an estimate wait time, and pointed me to the fancy coffee maker in the waiting area. My car service was actually in less time than he quoted, and the price estimate he quoted for the extra services was almost spot on. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the received services, but more so the outstanding customer service.

Fast service
My Santa Fe is the best vehicle I've ever owned. I waited less than 1 hour to have the oil changed under my warranty service. Scott Kirby kept me informed of the process so I could get to work. I appreciated the clean waiting area.

I've bought two Santa Fe Sports
This is the 2nd Santa Fe Sport I have purchased new in the last 5 years from Jim Hudson. I have only taken my cars to this dealership for service and have always received excellent, reliable and efficient service. I have mostly dealt with Brian. However, last week I took my Santa Fe in for a routine service at 9:15am and it was not ready until 11:30am. I sat in the waiting room for TWO HOURS for an oil change that has never taken more than 45 minutes in the past. This is unacceptable.

"I was overlooked with the "free service"
I do enjoy taking my Sonata in every time to Jim Hudson but on this occasion 04/21/15 I was not pleased with how the "complimentary" car wash/vacuum was praised about when I dropped off my car and while checking out. I was told that they would be completing this service and I had no worries cause it is free. I just don't think something that is praised about/on should actually be completed or just don't bring it up at all. My Sonata was rinsed off but the inside was never vacuumed out. I still had debris across the floor and under mats. If the free services is not going be done PROPERLY then don't praise a service that is not fulfilled.

Oil Change and Tire Rotation
This oil change and tire rotation service was over priced. Wouldn't negotiate. And took a long time for a very straight forward service need. I'll never go back.

Excellent service. Even the shuttle service driver was very courteous, prompt and professional. I will continue to havey vehicle serviced at Hudson Hyundai. Extremely happy with service.
