Brian was very kind. He told me a couple of things I needed to have done. He also told me a couple of things that might have to deal with later. Waiting room was pleasant/ coffee excellent!

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 8am. I arrived a few minutes before eight and it was a little over an hour before my car was ready. I feel this is to long to wait for an oil change. Dealerships are driving customers to the Jiffy lube type of service. They are more interested in selling add ons than providing service.
