No one returns phone calls.

No one returns phone calls. Will not stand behind warranty on a vehicle. I'm so disgusted with Southern Team.

When I took my car to the wrong station, staff was most

When I took my car to the wrong station, staff was most helpful to direct me to rhe correct place. After I got there, Ryan checked me in and directed me where I could sit to wait for my car to be maintenances. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant to take care of me. When my car was finished, Ryan was proactive by scheduling my inspection and next oil change. The entire process was great and Ryan was spot on! Oh, my car had been washed beautifully before I left, and that was a wonderful perk! Thank you Southern Team for a pleasant experience. Susan P.🙂

After I decided on what I wanted, the process of getting a price and agreeing to a trade in value was painless. Nicole was easy to work with and she walked me through the delivery process. I have purchased a number of cars in the past and getting the paperwork completed was the easiest I have encountered.
