Don't go here. They charge 5 times more than regular...

Don't go here. They charge 5 times more than regular mechanics. Of course they're courteous. They want your money. For every dollar you over spend here, that's one dollar less for food & groceries for your family. They wanted $250 for a window motor I can get online at rockauto.com for $40. Then charge me $400 to install it. That $650 for a window to roll up & down is the difference between meat & beans in today's world. There are good mechanics in Yuma. The positive reviews on this place must all be false plants. Don't think they're better because they're the dealership. They're worse. Here, you pay for every employee the have. They don't care about you or your family. They only care about overcharging everyone who comes in that door.

I didn't realize just how much you were over charging me until the work was done and I checked with other mechanics in Yuma. Unless they're covered by a warranty, NO ONE should trust Chapman Jeep to repair their vehicle for a fair, honest price.

Why talk to you? Will you give me some money back that you overcharged me? I highly doubt that. When I found out that rockauto.com charges $40 for the same window motor that you guys wanted to charge me $250 for, that's when I FINALLY REALIZED just how much you guys took me to the cleaners. I've paid about $1,750.00 to you for repairs that were probably a third less at anywhere else. I think the public needs to know that. People need to read about how you take food out of people's mouths so that you can keep your lights on Its tough out here. And you guys don't care. The public needs to be able to see that you are over charging so much. Maybe someone will be able to get their vehicle fixed AND feed their kids that month, by reading my very honest review and finding a better mechanic to fix their much needed transportation. You have competition and I hope EVERYONE goes there instead. Now I know WHY everyone there is so polite. It's because we look like dollar signs to you all.

I expected to pay more for the dealership to do my repairs. But I didn't expect to pay FIVE TIMES MORE. From $40 to $250 is OUTRAGEOUS. I think the public needs to be reminded of JUST HOW MUCH you are overcharging.

Worst service ever. Made appointment for fob programming (15-30 minute job) they said one hour ok, but two hours later still not done. No one came to give update of how much longer it may be.

I was traveling from Phx to SD and found myself having...

I was traveling from Phx to SD and found myself having serious car trouble in 115 degree weather on I-8. Was traveling alone with 2 dogs. I made a call to the dealership. I spoke to Ken and he said come on in. They found the problem. Fixed the sensor and toke care of me and my dogs. Had to wait for part but they could have not been any more accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you guys!!!!

Rip-off

Most of the 5 star ratings on this dealership are troll plants trying to make-up for the poor ratings. I took my Chrysler van into this dealership expecting quality service. I had another shop install 4 brand new TPM sensors and was told by Scott that the sensors needed to be replaced at a cost of $800.00 I instead took the van back to the mechanic that installed them and they were re-registered with the body control module and have been working ever since. And for their diagnosis I was charged $130.00 and they did nothing... It's a rip-off plain and simple. Gives hard working shops a bad name to have such scam artists pulling this crap. I'd sure as xxxx never consider buying a car from them - even if they were the only shop in town.

Worse dealership

Dealership is horrible. Salesmen have no clue what they’re talking about and they lie and try to deceive you. If you’re in the military, they try to tell you the lieu tax was deducted for your “military discount” so they can claim your military discount and reap the compensation from the manufacture without even really giving it to you, allowing them to make extra money on your benefit. I was even told that they were giving me approximately $2,500.00 extra towards my trade as a “sales tax benefit”. This dealership exploits the fact that they are the only Ram dealer within 200 miles so their service department half-xxxxx their work and have no loyalty to their customers. I have been waiting since May for the part they “ordered” to come in so I could get my truck fixed under warranty. Save yourself the time and money and look in Phoenix or San Diego.

Overall

I’m in love 😍 with my Dodge Challenger. All the process was fast and easy. Excellent customer service by Issac. The place is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Recall Ram 1500 AirBag CU

I felt a little passed around when I arrived finally 3rd person found my file and I was on my way. Also on the recall notice said it should take 20to30 min 5 hours later I called them

Worst dealership Ever

Lies after lies . Won’t ever take my car to this dealership again. Paid $260 for a full service and got it back missing parts and no service was done
