Bought Acura RDX

Everyone was professional and very helpful. They followed up on emails in a timely manner Nick and Bob were exceptional. Highly recommend this dealership. Great dealership

Service

I recently took my tsx in to have the exhaust repaired.My service technician was Shawn. I found him to be extremely friendly and very professional.I was kept informed at all times about the repairs being down to my car even when the wrong part came in Shawn called to imform me and to apologize for the inconvenience and assured me the right part would be their the next day and it was. I have had the car for ten years and have always had it serviced at First Acura and it is still in excellent shape because of the service I have always gotten here. I would recommend First Acura to anyone interested in buying a new Acura.Thanks keep up the good work.

Made to feel like I was part of their Acura family!

Five stars is not enough to rate the exceptional service I received from my sales consultant Caleb Moglia and the rest of the team at First Acura. They made the daunting task of having to buy a new car due to my only child getting her license and inheriting my current car a seamless process. Caleb took the time to get to know me as a person in order to understand what was important to me and what I valued the most. Based on what he learned he compiled all my different options to lease or buy that would fit my needs and budget. It is a big purchase so I wanted to check out other options and Caleb stayed amazing and followed up with me every step of the way to make sure I felt great about my decision regardless of if I went with their offer or not. He didn’t treat me like another commission but a person he valued. It was largely due to this exceptional customer service and the great price they offered me that I decided they deserved my business. It didn’t stop there everyone one on the team I met in the various departments from Tom and Bruce in fianance and Bob and Peter in service were great as well. They took the time to go over my new car, gave me their contact info that I could use as often as I needed if I have issues and questions and welcomed me to their Acura family. That’s exactly how they made me feel, like part of their family not just a person that just bought a car. Talk about WOW!!! I’m in sales myself and can always appreciate and recognize service that goes above and beyond and this definitely did. I cannot thank you all enough and I absolutely LOVE my new 2018 TLX! I will forever be a loyal customer of First Acura!

Great Experience!

We just purchased a new RDX at First Acura. Everyone was great especially Tom and Bill in sales, Bob in vehicle delivery and Bruce in finance. First class all the way and great follow up from everyone.

Everyone was very attentive, polite and informative.

I have dealt with Bill Johnson for the 2 Acuras that I bought from First Acura. Satisfying and rewarding experience

This is a repeat performance for us at First Acura. Bill Johnson was our sales person whom we have dealt with in the past. We intentionally sought him out because of our past experiences with him. He is honest,trustworthy and extremely pleasant to deal with! Our purchase went smoothly. We are very happy with the automobile. Bob Woodworth was also instrumental to our feeling of satisfaction. He introduced us to all of the new technology features of our vehicle and even took the time to pair our phones for us. Best dealer

I would recommend everyone go to First Acura! Best people not pushy they didn’t pounce as soon as they saw you just said hello and asked! Jason, Tom and Bruce were professional and friendly an all round perfect experience! Yes they are over the bridge but so worth it. Every dealership should take lessons. Thank you Jason Tom and Bruce! I definitely will be returning and sending my friend and family!

Pleasant and professional

My first experience with Acura was like no other I had with any other automaker, thanks to the professional staff at First Acura. Bill Johnson was a pleasure to deal with.I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life, and the staff made this experience stand out as the best. From Bill (big fan) to Bruce to Bob, the three "B's" did a great job.

Great Experience, Great People

I have been looking for a car for the last 4 months. I have been to several dealerships and drove many vehicles. I got to the point where I wanted to just stop looking because I wasn't finding the "right fit" for me. A few friends of mine urged me to drive the Acura MDX. I was a bit hesitant because I was ready to put the whole process on hold but I gave in and went to First Acura. I was greeted by Jason. He was so nice. Very helpful and not pushy at all.. After a ride around the block I was hooked. My friends were right. I don't know where my friends bought their Acura's but I was extremely happy with my experience there. From my salesperson Jason, to signing paperwork and the delivery of my new car. They are so nice, and down to earth. Very relatable. They also worked very hard to get me in my car within one day which normally takes at least 2 days. So glad I decided to pop in. I would highly recommend First Acura. Oh and I love my MDX!
