Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Bought car in August was told issues would be fixed and I’m still dealing with them in December. Sun roof had issues was told it was all taken care of. First day home and couldn’t get the sun roof closed. Had to drive it back the next morning. After multiple trips of trying to repair they finally ordered a new sun roof. When the sun roof came in I dropped it off again to be fixed and was told it was all set. Went to pick it up and the first thing I did was check the sun roof and guess what it didn’t work. Come to find out the sunroof was the wrong size and they just found a way to “fix it.” So again still not fixed and they ordered yet another sunroof to come in. Also during all this the check engine light came on due to an acceleration issue. I would keep having to pull over turn the car on and off to fix this so the car would properly accelerate. They said this was a blown fuse and fixed it but the car still sounds strange with acceleration. The second sunroof they expedited never came and then they ordered a third time from somewhere else. After weeks of waiting for the third roof and now months since I’ve bought the car, I was scheduled to come in for repair and as I am leaving work to drop off I get a text they can’t do it and need to push it out another week. Still no sun roof, still accelerating issues and still don’t have an actual inspection sticker I should’ve had to begin with because of the check engine issues.

After a stressful few days of car shopping, we were so

After a stressful few days of car shopping, we were so pleased with the kind and attentive support of Patrick and Yaz. Considering we were over two hours from home, they went out of their way to complete all of the paperwork to make sure we didn't have to drive back to pick up the car. We will definitely remember our experience here and will be back the next time we are in the market for a car. Thank you!

I was close to the area of the dealership so I had spent

I was close to the area of the dealership so I had spent 15-20 minutes asking questions about the condition of the car over the phone since I did not want to waste my time diving there if I was not interested. I was assured that the car was in perfect condition but upon arrival it was clear as day that the sales person had not even looked at the car. There was some type of mold that was underneath the front and back floor coverings. Very unprofessional to not care to check on the condition of the vehicle before having someone come to check the car out.

I spent a good 3 months looking for the car I wanted the

I spent a good 3 months looking for the car I wanted the first time 9th gen Toyota Camry exterior black in the S trim and within my price range. A few weeks ago I crashed said car. This time around I found the same car from CarFive within a few days now I have signed for a new Camry and am excited. Chris, who was part of the sales team was very helpful in getting the car from MA to NH and getting my paperwork done amidst my pending insurance payout. Also shoutout to the finance manager Yaz who finished the job for me. Overall good experience and they were understanding and helpful the whole time
