Absolutely Amazing!

I called Wednesday evening about purchasing a used car. Agreed on numbers and the sales menu and have my own financing arranged based on the VIN. Salesman and I committed to meeting between 1 and 3 on Friday since Thursday was a holiday. I had a funeral to attend Friday morning (which I also shared with him). Got a call at noon that they sold the car to another customer. As I called to inquire, the other deal wasn’t done, but due to some silly policy about “holding cars” they sold it anyway. Dealer could have made it right since the person buying didn’t even have financing yet; however they refused to honor our original commitment. Would recommend buyers look elsewhere to more reputable dealers. Gone is a world of gentleman agreements and handshakes as they lust for the bottom dollar.

Great customer service

This was the best car buying experience I?ve ever had. The consultant Isiah was very kind and attentive. The sales manager Dan was friendly and up front about everything. Chris in finance was very knowledgeable. Would definitely buy there again if ever in need of another vehicle.

Grandson gets a car

Excellent except interior DIRTY

Everything was awesome except when I saw the car I loved it?s interior was dirty. They took it for ?detailing? and cleaning but it came back roughly the same, they just sprayed the tires and seats ?. There where splashes of something on the door plastics and white dog hair everywhere, dust on touch screen and air conditioner little blind things. That part really annoyed me because there was no point in them taking the vehicle.

My New Equinox

Sales and support staff are great. Hassle free buying experience. Aurelius was an excellent guide during my buying experience. The financing team was incredibly friendly and got me out the door satisfied and excited to take my new wheels up to see the mountains in style.
