Recently purchased a vehicle from Shotttenkirk Nissan in Katy. We’re extremely happy with our purchase. The staff/sales associates were professionals and made the entire experience enjoyable. Additionally, we’ve been back a few times on small maintenance issues and Eric in the service area has been spectacular!

I would give zero stars if possible.

I would give zero stars if possible. I was in the middle of buying a car, and they literally hung up the phone while I was giving my deposit. I call back and the idiot “manager” tells me the car is sold, yet there’s no deposit given or paperwork signed. Please please do your car purchases elsewhere! Dishonest and shady are just the first 2 words that come to mind.

I went in to get a sensor checked and have an oil change

I went in to get a sensor checked and have an oil change and tire rotation. In the process of getting the sensor checked, the dashboard on my car now has 4 warning lights that were not there. The only way to get them removed is to have them fixed which costs money. The warning lights are caused from the sensor check. When I went in, none of the warning lights were on. This is the second time I have left the service department after routine maintenance and something has been wrong with my car. Everytime I call to find out how they are going to fix it, the manager or someone is not available. The service caused the problem to my vehicle and they are in no hurry to make sure to remedy the fix. I will never by a Nissan again. Shawn was helpful, I'm just highly disappointed that I feel like I keep getting the run around on how they will fix their mistake.

It’s always really refreshing when you receive 5 star

It’s always really refreshing when you receive 5 star service on your vehicle, especially when going on a weekend. It’s very easy to go to work on a Sunday and have a crappy attitude, but so far every time I show up on a Saturday to Shottenkirk, it’s like I’m driving to a Chic Fil A. Always feel welcomed and right at home. Mario Compean is the man!! I highly recommend going to him if you have the ability to, guy knows how to take care of the customer!
