Amazing customer service!

We were very happy with our personal service from Will! Even after I found some problems and had questions they were eager to help and get them taken care of! I will recommend everyone to come here and appreciate amazing customer service from this dealership! Will even spent over an hour helping me with the features on my vehicle! That is true service! They made it possible for us to purchase our dream car! Thank you!

Outstanding Customer Service & Quality of work

Great customer service and very professional. Thorough recap was explained to me that detailed the service on my truck. Also love the remodeled building!

Great customer service, very friendly

All the counter employees at oil change are very friendly. That in and of itself is huge for me. When you service your car at a dealership you don't go there because they are cheap. You go there because you want a complete log and trust worthy information about the vehicle you have purchased from them from start to finish with the vehicle. So to have such friendly people makes me feel that they truly are doing the work i am paying for and that it is worth my 45 minute drive to get there. It also makes it easier to wait patiently when they are busy :-) They do a really good job. Thank you.

Great Service Staff

Extra friendly. One tiny mistake was made. Mistakes happen, and they are a great proving ground for customer service in how they are handled. The QuickLane folks did an great correcting the mistake.

oil change

The work requested was done quickly. The young man also cleaned our dash and vacumed the floor mats without additional cost.

Friendly Service!

The people are extremely friendly and professional. I had my 9 month old daughter with me and had to wait for a little while in the waiting room and several times, an employee would pop in to make sure we were happy and comfortable.
