It was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I came prepared with my clean trade-in vehicle with Title and drove home in a beautiful new BMW. The whole process took less than 3 hours. My sales person Shannon provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced when buying a new car. She was awesome. Many thanks to her.

Cody was great no pressure.

Cody was great no pressure. Would have liked more detail red flag on bc the was an accident with the vehicle. Apparently I receive complimentary oil changes. This was told to me by the finance gentleman but then again I don't know how many and how that works. I'll follow up with my sales rep on that end of the day on the closing purchase date. There was a lot of information done quickly I will follow up with BMW Farmington Hills to get clarification.
