Great amount of care taken to assure the car is correct and the owner is happy.

An issue with front tire was not resolved on first visit. Wrong parts were either ordered or received for recall issue. Minimal effort was made to reproduce transmission issue. When I spoke to service manager, issue suddenly was easily reproducible. Overall service experience was unsatisfactory.

Everyone was very helpful and the warranty was easily transferred. I would definitely come back.

The salesmen and staff were all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered the questions I had and helped me get into a car I love. No issues with the customer service whatsoever! My one complaint is that I was quite lowballed on my trade by about $3k, it probably would’ve been better to do a private sale.

Great staff, they helped with answering all my questions no matter how obscure they had been. Very honest with what was needed to be done for the car to keep operating while also understanding my limits with a budget. Great overall and will be back for future work.
