I brought my Audi Q5 in for it's first service and was impressed with the quick service that worked with my schedule on a Saturday so I did not have to take time off of work. Steve Meyer kept me informed of how it was going and while I was waiting I asked my salesperson Richardson Baptiste questions I had about my car and he took me out to one on the lot to answer everything I needed to know. While waiting in the cafe I was handed the TV control and told to help myself to whatever I wanted to drink. They make it very easy to spend time there while the service is being done. I am definitely recommending them to my friends for sales and service. Thanks for the great work.

The dealership has the best selection imaginable and Richardson and Nick helped us find the Audi that suited our needs. They spent a great deal of time with us, making sure that we had a positive test drive experience, providing answers to all our questions and making appropriate suggestions about our choice. Michael Segreto and the team at Audi of Coral Springs were fantastic to work with. From the trade-in to the financing, we had a top-notch experience. The car was immaculate, kept in the showroom and detailed with the utmost meticulous attention. It was absolutely flawless. The trade-in was assessed in the very limited time we had and over the weekend, Michael and his team worked diligently to get us where we needed to be....in that car! The communication was stellar. We knew of every step as it happened. It was a smooth transaction, everything was ready when we came back in to sign. Michael stayed late to accommodate us and not once made us feel as if we inconvenienced his schedule. Even though we purchased a pre-owned vehicle, they gave us the new car treatment. We drove close to an hour to get there, but would have driven longer just to receive that first-class customer service. My experience at Coral Springs Audi was beyond impressive. The service was friendly, prompt, and courteous. Even though I was there to buy a vehicle from their used inventory, they make the experience a VIP experience. There is no feeling of the typical car salesman pitch and everything was about the customer. Anthony did a great job with keeping things moving and ensuring that we were taken care of and comfortable while we waited on paperwork, etc. This place truly puts the customer's needs and wants first and does what they can to make their wishes come true. I recently had the opportunity to purchase my second Audi from Coral Springs, and specifically returned to work with Bernie Murray. I feel so comfortable dealing with Bernie, he is professional, friendly, and makes you feel like you've known him forever. Bernie remembered me the second I walked up to him; where I was from, and the car I bought from him eighteen months ago. I was very impressed with the fact that I had not seen him since the day I drove my car off the lot, and he knew who I was. I traded in my A4 convertible for a Q5 which serves my needs better, and Bernie was able to facilitate my driving it home that same day.I was impressed with everyone I had the pleasure of working with to secure the sale of my Q5. The tutorial I received with regard to all of the computer functions was great, and extremely easy to follow thanks to Bernie's knowledge of the Audi. Overall it was a terrific experience!

My service advisor is Eric. I've been working with him for about a year and a half since I bought my car. He is extremely professional. I will typically get my car back within a couple of hours when it is due for service and within a day or two if something needs to be fixed. I highly recommend this dealer.
