My overall experience was GREAT! Tom Carr was the most friendly salesperson I have ever dealt with. If I ever need another vehicle he would be the one I would come and see. He honestly seemed as if he cared about me and my family not just selling me a vehicle. Thank you for everything! This was the most pleasant experience buying a vehicle that we have ever had! No hassles just good business! Everyone was very nice and everything was handled in a timely manner. We will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them to anyone we know who is shopping for a new car.

The guys here all stared late to assist me in purchasing...

The guys here all stared late to assist me in purchasing a new GMC Sierra. They gave me a fair amount on my trade in and worked with me on the price of the new truck that was purchased. Everyone I dealt with here was outstanding. It makes you know they really care about you and how large of a purchase a new vehicle really is. I am thrilled with my experience at McKenney Chevrolet and will be back to buy other trucks/cars in the future.

From the time I entered the showroom, Junior Welch treated me in a courteous, professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and treated me with dignity and respect. He followed up promptly. Price differential between our trade in and auto we were...

Price differential between our trade in and auto we were interested in was very much in the sellers favor. Took some dickering to get in some reasonable range, still in the sellers favor, but the vehicle was the one we were looking for so paid more than the difference I thought was fair. Subsequent, had some issue with salesman regarding getting two key bobs for auto, but manager was very amiable and correct in that we gave two with our trade in. We were trading in a 2009 Cadillac CTS RWD basic for a 2011 AWD Luxury. Reason for going for AWD was poor experience with handling and gripping during snows in February. A slight disappointment was the salesman wasn't very familiar with features of luxury model, said there was a rain sensitive wiper system standard, which there isn't.

My wife and I were looking for a new car to replace our current vehicle that was at the end of the lease. Harold assisted us with driving various vehicles so that we could decide which one would best suit our needs. Pete worked the numbers for the various vehicles so we could compare them to the cost of purchasing our current vehicle. Barry completed all of the necessary paperwork so that the final purchase was completed quickly. Harold, Pete and Barry treated us in a friendly, courteous and professional manner and we would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I have always disliked the process of going to purchase a...

I have always disliked the process of going to purchase a new car. It has always been a rather negative experience for me. 1) because it's a major purchase and a lot of money 2) because divulging personal financial information about yourself is not pleasant. 3) Car salesmen usually are not very honest. Yesterday when I walked in to McKenny and Met Scott Braswell, my whole experience changed. for the first time in my life he made the experience of buying a new car pleasant. He was honest, funny, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. I think the dealership has a great salesmen in Scott. He does more than sell you a car, he sells you a long term relationship with the dealership. In the future when purchasing a new car I will go straight to McKenny and look for Scott!!!!!!!
