On 25 July, I went out and bought my first vehicle on my

On 25 July, I went out and bought my first vehicle on my own from drivetime in Wilmington on market Street. I had the vehicle for a few days and my boyfriend. Joe noticed that there was water in my floorboard in my rear passenger seat. he also noticed it in my passenger seat front a few days later there was about 3 1/2 inches of water behind in the passenger seat. he also noticed a few other unsafe things that would not have passed the vehicle inspection. We together went to drive time and try to speak to the manager at the facility. He had instructed me, and there was nothing he can do to help me that I had to go to Firestone because it would be covered under my warranty, arriving at Firestone. Everybody was so nice and helpful. They contacted me to let me know that there was no way that they were going to get involved with this vehicle. They were nice enough to contact my warranty company to let them know their concerns. I then returned to drive time to try to switch out the vehicles at first they were very hesitant and going back-and-forth with me . there was no way that this vehicle would’ve passed inspection. I asked to speak to the manager’s boss and was denied. It took me talking about getting a lawyer, and asking to speak to his boss for him to even go outside and look at my vehicle once he found out that there was 3 1/2 inches of water by stepping in the backseat of my car he then contacted his boss. I was able to switch the vehicle out and getting a newer nicer vehicle. It was quite a headache I would not ever recommend going back to drive time unless you want a headache and a lemon

Let me just first start by saying that sometimes God himself will connect you to the right people. Yesterday was nothing short of a blessing! The staff at this dealership went above and beyond for me yesterday! NOTHING BUT GOD. The atmosphere was so calm and laid back. They are more than just nice! Yes, I drove from Gwinnett to pick up my car and it was worth it! I strongly suggest going here for your next vehicle! THANK YOU ALEX and CHAD!

Derrick and Alex were extremely friendly.

Derrick and Alex were extremely friendly. We came because Derrick called us. We ended up working with Alex and he was super friendly and helped us get the best deal. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I would recommend this dealership!

Wonderful place to go!

Wonderful place to go! Put me in the car I wanted with the payments I wanted. If you need a used car go to drive time and ask for Ethan. He really cares and is determined to put you in a car you can afford. Great place to go!
