This was undoubtedly the best car experience I have ever had. Brad was the gentleman I dealt with . He was a very easy going ,kind and professional. I had been shopping around for weeks at other car dealers always walking away feeling that the men that I dealt with treated me as if I knew nothing about cars. I walked into Tom Sparks met Brad a few hours later drove home with a 2018 Jeep. I love it ! I live in the Ottawa area and the trip was worth every mile . Brad was nice and no pressure. A little disappointed that the windshield washer pump isn't working and I live too far away to take it to them for service but it is still under warranty. Overall it was a good experience.
