November 2023 My son bought car from Stratum Auto Group. The owner Anthony and salesman Sal said that they would honor/fix check engine light and engine issues. It has been 4 months and after numerous calls and e-mails , they haven’t responded and or honored their in-writing commitment on the bill of sale to us. They claim customers come first, however their response to the car issues doesn’t equate to customer satisfaction as their top priority. Buyer beware of this business. November 2024 Update: the engine on my sons 2012 Audi A4 is bad, it needs to be replaced and Stratum Auto group screwed my son out of $10k, stratum auto group never honored their commitment that they put in writing on the bill of sale. Stay away from this business, they are crooks. And don’t care about customers.
