Steer clear of this dealership!

Liars and con artists. Jacked up the price after saying it would be and undercut value of trade in by thousands of dollars. Steer clear of this dealership unless you don’t care about being taken advantage of and lied to.

Beware -

After 2 weeks of waiting for car I was driving 90 minutes to pick it up and got a call saying they didn’t have the title and couldn’t sell it. Asked why they knew at this late date - it was the sales managers day off the day before. Waiting for permanent plates and registration for 4 weeks - it expires in 2 days - I don’t have them yet - asked why - the sales manager had a day off and didn’t know this was an issue. I paid extra money for title and registration through the dealer, not to mention this is a standard procedure and they didn’t have any responsibility to make it happen. If you want a good experience don’t go to this dealer or if you do - expect that there will be issues. They have no responsibility or follow-through in basic services of buying a car - yet they will charge you for those services

Don’t waste your time

Got a quote from them on the Internet. Price seemed good and internet salesman was friendly and seemed honest. But when we got there to buy the car, we were turned over to two other salesman who would not honor the price quote and were pretty nasty too. Wouldn’t even come close to the promised price. Don’t waste your time with this dealer. We got up an left, went to another dealer (across the River) and bought the same car for less than Newburgh Toyota’s phony Internet quote. Avoid these guys.

Didn’t want to work with me

Upon arrival to the facility, I found myself not finding an open door. When I finally entered the facility I was greeted by a busy woman on the phone and a salesperson on his phone. When I was finally acknowledged he asked “can I help you?” This was in a manner that seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. I was so frustrated that I just left.

Really bad service department.

They perform mediocre service, make tons of expensive recommendations and sell you products that do not last. Service takes a long time for simple oil changes.

No one would help me and hard to get inside

First of all, the doors are all locked. I checked out a used car and when trying to get in, the doors were locked. Upon finding the entrance i come to a desk with a receptionist and salesperson. The place looked empty. The guy couldn't be bothered. He said he wasn't sure if it was available and that he couldn't check at the moment. He did not get up from the chair. I just walked out. I ended up buying at another Toyota dealer in Orange County. I hope they can get their act together.

Great Truck and Lowered Price for Warranty

This is a great place. I purchased a new Tacoma recently. David was my salesperson. Randy was my finance manager. Everything went smooth and Randy even lowered the price of the truck to buy a warranty! It was practically free! I highly recommend this place!

Terrible Place

Purchased a new Toyota. Sat with a finance manager Randal who lied and said the bank required a warranty and therefore my payment went up. This is unscrupulous. To top it off the sales manager not only defended him, but said he “made a phone call” to the bank to take it off. I saw him in his glass office making a hand gesture of J-ing off. Please. This place is full of it.

Sold me a junk car

I bought a used Honda from here less then 4 months ago. I've been spending money left and right to fix it. I brought these things to their attention, but said just go through the warranty...I still have to pay money to get it fixed AND somethings were not covered under the warranty. Also, they were too busy to look at my car when I should've drove it! I had to go straight to Honda. They took me right away. I will NOT be trading my car in here when it's time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I recommend HONDA.
