Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South

My experience with MB of South Atlanta was excellent. Although I was buying a used non-Mercedes vehicle, through the Internet, all the staff was professional and afforded me the same level of service I would expect when buying a new car. Paperwork was in order, and when my inspection of the vehicle turned up some items I wanted addressed, they were quick with a method of resolution that worked for my schedule.

My wife and I drove up and got out of our vehicle and walked in. We were about 10 steps in the dealership when Mr. Culbreth greeted us. From that point on we were treated professionally, efficiently and had all of our questions answered. We did leases a vehicle and after the paper work was signed Mr. Culbreth took his time and explained everything we asked about the vehicle without rushing us. We both appreciated that.

Darren and David has always provided the best customer service I've experience out of all the service centers I've dealt with. They are always very helpful to answer any questions and/or concerns, and they take them very seriously. Toussant Green showed immediate interest to help me find the vehicle of my choice as soon as he got my email. I had already chosen which vehicle I wanted that I viewed on the website, but since I live in Tennessee he wanted to make sure that in case that one was sold before I could get there, he would find another of equal or better value in the GLK-Series. He remembered that I was going on Spring Break with my grandchildren showing me that he in fact paid attention to me. He was extremely courteous and thoughtful and explained everything answering my questions and answering what I forgot to ask. I was provided a vehicle to use while my vehicle had Lo Jack installed. I will gladly refer my family and friends to contact Toussant when they are ready to buy a Mercedes-Benz because of the great service and the outstanding pricing. Of course, when I'm ready for another one, I will call Toussant Green because I feel comfortable with him and trust that he do me a great service to choose the Mercedes-Benz that's right for me.

Kelly is the friendliest service person I know. I appreciate his knowledge of our car and the recommendations he provides. I also enjoyed leaving my car the airport and having it ready when I arrived back home. The concierge service is a fantastic idea and was seamless!

Great dealings with the Internet sales team. They found me a car based on my needs and gave me a firm " all in" price online before we even drove down to them. This is our 5th car that we have bought from them. I went to MB of Buckhead first, but they were priced much higher.

I would recommend this dealer because the employees are friendly, professional and courteous. Mark is an excellent general manager and always ready to help solve issues.
