You sent me a message for an air filter for $18. And no labor charges were mentioned! So I told Marissa to add it to my service and she said that the cabin filter needed to be changed too so I agreed to that too. But a $130 for labor for 10 minutes is ridiculous!!!!

They are very nice and the facility is clean and welcoming. It takes a while to get your car serviced especially on Saturday, but they do great work and try to keep you informed along tje way.

I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted and my salesman, Jimmy Bradley listened and never pressured me. He always had my best interest in mind. I was treated with respect as to what my budget was, and he was able to put me in a car far exceeding my wants. Without hesitation, Jimmy spent time with us explaining features on the car. I am thrilled to know we have such a wonderful, caring dealership right here in our town of Columbia. When it came time for the financing, Kasch Utz was right on the dime. We also told him what we could afford, and he assisted us with our budget in mind. He was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and flawless. He is good with numbers and was very personable during the process. Walt Massey GMC is highly recommended by us!!
