Everyone is very professional and courteous. Took my jeep in for an oil change and it was done right on time without issue. Will be going back for all my service and repair needs. It is so reassuring to have someone you can trust.

Communication was great with everyone involved, esp since I was traveling two hours away to view the car. Bought it with the help of salesperson, Mike Gonsalves. Process was quick and the price was good. I would have given five stars, except that they tack on a mandatory, $600 charge for a Lojack install. Feels like a scam. Also, the car was delivered to me. To their credit, since I was within the range limit, there was not a delivery fee. But I was surprised that it was driven instead of delivered on a flatbed trailer like other dealerships have done.

We were greeted at the store by Meme and she went right to work getting the vehicle I was looking for. She made the entire sales process quick and smooth. Meme is top notch sales person but even a nicer person. This was by far the best sales experience I have ever had. Everyone at the store was kind and courteous and answer all of my questions.
