My experience with Kim was so awesome. She was very helpful and extremely willing to do whatever it took for me to go home with a vehicle. She was full of knowledge, asked me the right questions, considered everything I was looking for and more. She had a positive attitude and we got along great. I had 4 of my family members with me and she accommodated her time and efforts towards them as well, which was so kind and thoughtful of her! My friend had gotten a car here not too long ago and referred me to Kim, because Kim was so great to work with. I have to agree that Kim went above and beyond. I could see she had other customers she was working with, but she didn't take away any time from me or the others. Her multitasking skills are impeccable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car or to trade in a car any day. There are many many other qualities about Kim that made my experience worth it, but I would be typing all day long! She is a keeper and this dealership is extremely lucky to have her. She works very very hard and you can tell she is passionate about what she does and who she helps. My experience here made me very happy and I am now going home with a brand new car!
