chris was my salesman. very personable, reminds me of someone i know. understood my buying process was lengthy and was patient letting me test drive a new hyundai tucson. when i called and asked to come in to test drive another tucson, he had had the car cleaned, waiting for me. i walked into the showroom and saw the mitsubishi outlander sport, in the color black, which i had told him i didn't want originally. loved the look, even the fact that it was black. took it for a test drive and bought it. loved the price also. it just happened to have everything i required and nothing i didn't want. chris contacted me several times since the purchase. even though this is the third car we have purchased there, this was my best experience.

Friendly and Helpful

We purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala from Carrie Carter. She helped us get a quality vehicle, and she was able to keep the price within our budget. She was able to complete the transaction in a quick and efficient manner. We had a great experience!

Great Experience

We purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey from the Bob Brady Auto Mall. Our overall experience was great. Sarah Moody was our Sales rep and she was very patient, knowledgeable, honest, direct and provided overall great Customer Service. As a matter of fact, he enite Bob Brady team were great. Although we were there over 4 hours, we left happy. Bob Brady Auto mall is a legit facility that has great program to assist those who are reestablishing their credit. I would highly recommend. Great Service/Friendly Service/ Tnasha

Myself and my husband James were treated with the up most courtesy and professional service.While we came in for a quality used car after receiving a flyer in mail,we were pleasantly surprised to find out we qualified for a new car. They helped me buy my dream car!

I bought my dream car today from Danny. The buying process was stressful but he kept me laughing and calm. My husband and I have bought cars in the past and have never recieved such excellent service. We will definitely be back and will recommend him everytime someone compliments our new baby! my new 2015

Everyone was wonderful there today they made us feel like family. They were very good with our children and understood them like they were there own kids. I also liked that they had a cafe in there too and you can order fresh food like even hamburgers. Carrie Carter was awesome as well very understanding with are income and really worked hard on making sure the jeep fit our budget. I would recommend everyone shop bob bradys.

Happy and Satisfied

We bought a New Honda Odyssey from Joe and he was very professional and patient as we test drove numerous different vehicles for 5 hours. After falling in love with the Odyssey and working a deal we called it a night and returned the next morning. Once we agreed on a final deal Joe gave us a complete tour of the facilities, and introduced us to the service advisor, who was also very professional and welcoming.
