Great Service, Knowledegable Sales Staff

Matt Munyon, Joe W and Brandon Lynch made our car buying experience fun, and helped us identify the perfect car for us. We did not feel rushed or pushed into making a decison and I highly recommend this dealership based on knowledge of staff and cars available to help make the right choice.

Great dealership, Kayla did a great job.

I had a great experience and would highly recommend the dealership. I purchased a 2008 Dodge RAM Mega Cab diesel and was probably the easiest financing I have ever had. Kayla was great to work with.

excellent service!!

The costume service was amazing!!! Definitely a female friendly place to buy a car. The paper wok took awile and ended up paying more then i wanted but other then that it was a wonderful experience. I went in there and 4 hours later drove away in a new car. Thanks Carrie Reynolds :)

The people at Body Brady's Auto Mall very nice. They made me feel very comfortable and they gave my 3 year old son some toys to play with. Joe Wenskunas, my sales person was very nice and told me everything I needed to know about the car I purchased.

So helpful

Car buying is stressful, let's face it. I can't say enough about how helpful everyone was at Bob Brady as we worked to allow me to drive home my first new car. The finance manager showed the patience of Job as he tried to get me to understand that the extended warranty was a no brainer. I finally listened, and boy am I glad. This is a terrific place to buy a car! I can't speak to service yet, but they have a certified master Honda mechanic, so...

Brandon Lynch

Brandon did an excellent job finding the car we wanted at a very fair price. We checked several dealerships over the last few months and decided to work with Brandon. He had all of the paperwork in order and we have been very pleased with our new Honda CRV.

i went to Bob Brady auto mall and got a sales person named Chantel she was very helpful and understanding of my needs she went above and beyond to get me into my new 2014 Jeep Patriot i am very pleased with this vehicle and the service i recieved thanks again Chantel

chantell hilton ryherd

We were very satisfied with service I thought it was extremely nice that the customer service lady warmed up my 3 month old sons bottle for him. Chantell Hilton ryherd was very helpful and was straight forward with the whole process of getting me a vehicle and got me the best deal that fits my budget.

A+++ dealer who helped us in our time of need!

My husband was involved in a accident on September 27, 2014 where he was broadsided in the driver's side by another driver. The force of the crash caused the side air bags to deploy and my husband was injured. The other party was ticketed for failure to yield. The insurance company assessed the damage to our vehicle which was over $14,000 and totaled it. It was a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that we had just purchased from Bob Brady's dealership 71 days previously. Shawn Woods and the dealership went above and beyoind the call of duty to help us in getting another vehicle and we were able to get a 2014 Hyundai Elantra for the same terms as the previous deal. We had contacted a dealer closer to our home day the day before to see what they might do for us and they wanted several thousand dollars down and would not guarantee that we could stay in the same year vehicle, much less get anything new. Bob Brady Auto Mall helped us when we were in dire straits and both of us will never forget the contrast in the way we were treated by the other dealership versus how we were treated at Bob Brady Auto Mall. The wonderful experience at Bob Brady Auto Mall has enabled us to be made whole after this horrific accident. Both of us were very impressed with our experiences at Bob Brady and intend to contact them in the future when we are in need of another vehicle. Shawn told us that they would fix us up and help us and they kept their word. The outcome was even better than either of us anticipated. A+++++ service!

Great service

This is my second time buying a new car and I have to say that my experience at the Decatur location was fantastic. Sara Moody was great in helping me find exactly what I needed. As soon as I sat down in the Honda civic, I just knew I had to have it. Sara helped set it all up and it worked out wonderfully. Got a great car for me and my family!!
