You purchase a new 75000.

You purchase a new 75000.00+ truck along with a service and maintenance contract a year ago and it is time for your FIRST oil change and are told we take no appointments first come fist serve it will cost around 275+ and if you want a loaner it is another 45 a day and if you want anything else checked more money WOW left several messages for Management and Finance to call me and explain but crickets... went to BIG O cost me 80.00 and they checked everything and rotated the tires and it took 1/2 hour sorry I purchased my truck from here

For those entrusting them with your most precious cargo—be it a wife or daughter—you can be confident that they’re in safe hands. Tempe Dodge has fostered an environment of warmth and trustworthiness, a refreshing departure from my past experiences with other valley dealerships. I wish I had listened to my friends sooner and brought my Jeep to Tempe Dodge. The contrast was as clear as night and day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a diligent attendant who expertly prepped my car for service and introduced me to Christopher, my service advisor. Despite the online appointment, the personalized attention given to me by Christopher made it feel like a reunion with an old friend. Subsequent visits have only reinforced my belief in their unwaveringly superior service, a welcome anomaly in today’s world. Do your loved ones a favor and guide them to this family-operated treasure—where genuine care is not just a policy, but a practice. On one memorable visit, Chris’s manager, Mike (as far as I recall), intuitively joined our conversation and decided to inspect my vehicle. His proactive approach uncovered an error with my new windshield installation, which was promptly corrected thanks to his astuteness. Navigating a recall and a known transmission issue could have been daunting, yet Christopher and the team at Tempe Dodge transformed it into a positive experience. Their proficiency and support have been nothing short of amazing. The icing on the cake was the courtesy loaner car provided while my vehicle was being serviced under warranty. The seamless process, facilitated by another charming team member—Celeste, if my memory serves right—and the delightful surprise of receiving a scat pack named ‘Skittles’ as a loaner, was the highlight of my month, not just my day or week. This experience is a shining example of exemplary customer service. I cannot express enough what a breath of fresh air this experience has been, but I consider it my duty to share my experience of the exceptional service I have and continue to receive at Tempe Dodge, Jeep, Ram.
