Don't Buy A Car Until You Go To Dick Smith Hyundai
We found a car on line which was located at Dick Smith Hyundai in Greenville, We were met by the nicest people and were treated like family. Andy went above & beyond in helping us; making us comfortable and we drove away in a beautiful car with full knowledge of its operation and even a full tank of gas. We highly recommend this dealership.

Poor Customer Service
Test drove two cars after extensive research. Went inside to discuss costs. Already had my financing in place and a dealers check in hand. After 30 minutes of waiting to see what bottom line would be, was told there would be no adjustment of price. Had another test drive lined up at another dealership with newer model, less miles, and lower cost. Manager came out and advised he could not go any lower. Shared with him lower quote online thru bank financing and caught him in a lie. Bought elsewhere and so happy I avoided doing business with Dick Smith Hyundai!

We did look into your concerns and have discovered the following: For that sales weekend pricing had been lowered on the internet site to an aggressive level. ( Per our marketing team pricing is always posted to be very competitive online or no consumer would ever come to view any model we have available) When a consumer has a special discount given to them they would receive from any of our partners like, Cost co, Sams Club, USAA or many other different entities it is handled as a coupon just like at any other retail business. That discount is taken off of the current posted online price. If you had one of these discounted price points it would have absolutely been applied as long as you presented your certificate or discount notification at time of purchase. There is no way a Manager would know that information until you as a consumer presented said discounted . We do understand you found a more competitive price point, sometimes we are aware that does happen. There are many different scenarios that set pricing, for example if a consumer trades a vehicle and less than actual value was given for that trade it can be sold at a much more discounted price point. We at Dick Smith Automotive strive to be fair on pricing to consumers as well as trade value for trade ins. We are sorry it seemed you waited for a longer amount of time expected but viewing the log a lot of guest were being assisted and we tried to take care of each guest in the order they arrived.( we are looking into the hiring of additional personnel in order to alleviate this issue) We are Sorry your experience was less than Pleasurable and hopefully we will have an opportunity assist you better in the Future. Good
trade in my 2014 camry for a sonata limited, average price range, but service is nice and fast. Agent is patient to go through all the feature. The only setback is built-in the wind deflector, the net was pop out and detached from its mounting location
