Sonata
This is my third Sonata. I love this sedan. Hyundai is an extremely reliable car. I had my last one for 8 years. This new one has all the safety features.

Review of buying a Hyundai Sport
I went into this dealership about two weeks ago. I was helped by Akram and was treated with respect and dignity. As a result, I purchased a new Hyundai Sport I typically buy Hondas and/or Toyotas, but my brother recommended the Hyundai. I was also pleased to see that the Sales Manager, Leo helped with the sale as well. I feel he was interested in providing excellent customer service and went out of his way to help with my decision.

Great Salesman and Customer Service
I just went in to the dealership to get my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced and was approached by an extremely friendly salesman. We talked about my previous dealings with the dealership, and responded that I had bought 2 previous Santa Fe's from Jim Clicks. He took me for a test drive in both the Santa Fe and the Tucson which was great. We talked more and discussed the possibility of buying a new vehicle. I was hesitant, but talked more and decided that I would come back within the week, which I did and purchased my 2017 Santa Fe 2.0T Ultimate.

unacceptable service
Service date 10-10-17 Brought in for 4 warranty issues. They had addressed the issues in prior visits. They were able to repair 2 of the issues but couldn’t repair the other 2. Very poor service. They didn’t follow through with what they promised. Very flippant attitude and made rude comments. And this was from the service manager.
