My husband and I recently purchased our 10th vehicle from Linwood. Both of us have worked in the car business so we have high expectations when it comes to buying a car. We purchased our first Hyundai in 02/13 and had a very positive experience with James, who was fairly new to Linwood at the time. I emailed him one Saturday morning recently asking him to sell me a car and a truck. We live a little over an hour away, in IL, so by the time we got to Paducah and a few emails later, we had a good idea of what was available, and what we wanted. Needless to say, James came through and we purchased a truck and leased an Elantra that day. Very pleased with his knowledge and his outlook on life. Also proud of him for serving his country in the military. Would love to do business with him & Linwood again!

They were quick. I told them what I wanted and they saw to it. They have the best customer service around. To be truthfully honest, I think this dealership should be the standard for all dealerships.

No pressure approach, Kristen was great to deal with, we were treated great by all the staff. In and out in a timley manner.
