He always made sure I was well taken care of and he was very thorough but did not call me a bunch of times while I was working out the details of getting the loan and deciding which car to buy.

My experience with Shelor Motor Mile was excellent! I was a first time car buyer. The staff were all friendly, very informative and easy to work with, especially my salesman Gary Smith. He made car buying fun and exciting. My only issue was that my Ford Sync did not work which I fully understand is out of the dealership's control. They gave me a loaner and the service department was able to fix it within a day. It works great now! Keep up the GREAT work!

When i pulled in at Shelor I was meet by Jerry Odell. Jerry worked with me diligently to find what i wanted in a truck. he had it shiped in, and keeped me informed when it would be there. Jerry was friendly at all tills and very helpfully to show me how to work alot of the stuff on the truck like the sync. Very quick and efficient. The transaction was smooth and all associates in each department...finance, sales, etc...was all very knowledgable and curteous. I would highly recomment this dealer.

Our salesman, Sean McKnight, was great. He answered all of our questions and was very informative. Morris also was wonderful. I had been to another dealership but was not impressed at all. I will definetly recommend Shelor's to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.
