Awesome from start to finish

They found the exact truck I was looking for. The experience was great Jason’s and Andrew in sales, Gwen and DJ in service and Ghassan in finance. This was a great team that went above and beyond to make sure everything wat perfect.

Buying a vehicle and follow up experience

My experience at Performance Ford Lincoln Bountiful was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of salespeople of any kind, but Anthony was very friendly, helpful, and honest! He worked with me on my car options and gave me a great deal on my "new" truck. We were still finishing up after closing hours and I did not feel rushed at all!! Extremely great buying experience and I am happy with my purchase! Natalie is excellent at customer service, follow up and problem resolution skills. Something that you would only expect and experience from the knowledgeable managers that know how to work with any type of customers. She was efficient on any inquiry that I had and her overall help was something that made the dealership stand out.

Love the new truck F150!

Liars and scammers

I bought a truck from here and have regretted it since I drove off the lot. I was sold an extended warranty saying it covered everything. I have now spent over $3000 this YEAR on repairs for this truck (about the same as the cost of the warranty). All things I thought would be covered by the warranty. I was sold on this being a very clean truck and that it had been looked over before they sold it. The service drive is very hit or miss. Sometimes you get good people and other times you get service people who forget to finish stuff so your check engine light comes on within minutes of leaving the service bay. This has been very disappointing how poorly I have been treated by the whole organization.

New Used Vehicle purchase

I recently purchased a low mileage vehicle from Gage. I was treated as if I was a long time returning customer. Good price and great service on a nice used F150

Performance Ford had the vehicle with the options I wanted at a very fair price. Gage was great to work with and was willing to take care of most everything via text which was super convenient. Ghassan in the finance office was super top-notch as well. Overall a good experience, especially for a large dealer.

Bought my car

Gage was a good sales rep... not in your face. I appreciated that. Facility was clean and welcoming. The closer person wad not who i would trust.
