BAD BUSINESS NOT A PROFESSIONAL PLACE AT ALL WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT TODAY AT 12:OO TO SEE THE VEHICLE AND TEST DRIVE IT, WHEN WE ARRIVED THEY TOLD MY HUSBAND AND I THEY JUST SOLD IT 30 MINUTES AGO NOT A COURTESY PHONE CALL AT ALL BUT THEY TEXT ME FOR A REMINDER ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT ME AND MY HUSBAND LEFT OUR JOBS FOR THIS APPOINTMENT

Not a good sales experience. As the customer, I did way...
Not a good sales experience. As the customer, I did way too much: found the car I wanted from online inventory; made the follow-up calls/texts for status updates; did the dealer's leg work in obtaining available discount certificate; identified applicable incentives, etc. So much for great customer service and valuing the customer. If I wasn't xxxx bent on getting the preferred model and trim line, I would have easily taken my business elsewhere.

Not a good sales experience. As the customer, I did way too much: found the car I wanted from online inventory; made the follow-up calls/texts for status updates; did the dealer's leg work in obtaining available discount certificate; identified applicable incentives, etc. So much for great customer service and valuing the customer. If I wasn't xxxx bent on getting the preferred model and trim line, I would have easily taken my business elsewhere.
