Purchased a new Chevrolet Trailblazer.

Purchased a new Chevrolet Trailblazer. Wyatt helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for which he brought from a nearby dealership. Ryan helped me too with an issue I had with the vehicle when it was delivered. They were both super friendly, and they take their time with you, answer your questions, and don't rush you. Moreover, I received a very fair price for my trade-in. I HIGHLY recommend these folks if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Arrived on time for a scheduled service appoinment for a

Arrived on time for a scheduled service appoinment for a Chevrolet Suburban-specifically for a light bulb replacement-identifying exactly what bulb was out.. One hour and fifteen minutes later I was informed that CMA Martinsburg technicians could not find the light that was out. I then personally went into the service bay and had to show the technicians the light that was out. I decided not to have the work performed by CMA martinsburg because if they were so incompetent as to not to be able to find a light that was out I was affraid of the quality of work that might go into replacing the bulb. I have heard of other area residents complaining about the poor quality of their service and I know now just how true it is. I will certainly advise others, as well as my organization members to avoid this dealership as well.

I was very unhappy with the service after we returned to

I was very unhappy with the service after we returned to Michigan. We wanted to refinance for a much better rate and the dealership did everything in their power to delay the process so that they could collect all of their kickbacks It took me two months to complete the process🤬😡🔥😓🤬😡🥵

I was disappointed in waiting 15 minutes for my vehicle...

I was disappointed in waiting 15 minutes for my vehicle after being serviced. I informed the service technician I would be waiting. I don’t like being inconvenienced for 15 minutes for no reason 🤔

I had the best service experience with Apple Valley...

I had the best service experience with Apple Valley chevrolet, my service advisor was Josh Nelson. He explained everything to me. I would give him a five star rating for all his help.

The ruse of luring people in to pay top dollar for trade-in

I knew better..but after 3 calls from dealership promising me top dollar for my trade in I took the bait. They were not offering top dollar but rather just trade-in....i should have got up and left but I didn’t and thats my fault...but I’m glad to see the shady underbelly of this part of the automobile industry is still alive and bending Americans over and wearing them out..good job guys....keep up the good work.

Apple Valley Chevrolet 5 stars

From Sales to Finance to Service, Apple Valley is 5 star. They treat the customer with respect and want you to get outstanding customer service. We bought a great truck and the staff has been tremendous at every turn.
