Alternator
I was in recently because my alternator went out on my Honda Civic. Daniel really helped me out and made sure that I was well taken care of. Very good customer service!

My name is Arabella Moore ,I visited Hendricks Buick,GMC,Cadillac, south point Durham recently I would like to applauded a young lady by the name of Briana Barksdale she's a true professional ,I'm writing this review because I never had a car shopping experience like I had at your dealership this young woman knows the products very well,my husband and I will be purchasing our Cadillac at south point,and we will be seeking out Ms Barksdale as our sales associate, she was very easy and pleasant to talk to,we never felt any pressure,she ask what we were looking for and stayed focused only what we were interested in she's a true professional .

Great service department
I was in North Carolina last week visiting family and my 2004 GMC Sierra decided to spring a fuel leak in the fuel line, I only had three days until I needed to leave for home. I googled GMC dealers and was directed to Hendricks GMC, when I arived Taria Budai informed me that it was a special order part that you do not keep in stock she ordered the fuel line and scheduled service to install it within the time frame that I needed to get on road back home. Tiria Budai was the most freindly service advisor that I have ever dealt with at a dealer she did everything she could to get me back on the road {I have been dealing with GMC dealers for over 20 years}. If i ever am in North Carolina and have auto needs I will definatly come to Hendricks dealers first. Thank you for all your kindness and help in a bad situation.

THE SERVICE PROVIDED FROM EACH AREA (SALES,FINANCE, RECEIVING AUTOMOBILE) WAS GREAT. WE WORKED WITH MR. FRANK DELORENZO WHO GREETED US WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED AND WORKED WITH US FOR THE PURCHASE. UNLESS HENDRICK CHEVROLET GOES OUT OF BUSINESS WE WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE FUTURE PURCHASES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP REGARDLESS OF OTHER DEALERSHIP SPECIALS. THE ONLY THING I WOULD ADD WOULD BE THE CONSIDERATION OF GIVING CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE PURCHASED PREVIOUS VEHICLES A MULTI-CAR PURCHASE DISOUNT.
