Jaguar Solon's Service Department is HORRIBLE BEWARE!! The service manager Scott Straffen is rude and lacks compassion, there service team is also horrible with keeping clients in the loop of things and not very honest when it comes to business dealings they over charged me for labor according to my warranty department and so I had to pay more than my deductible to fix my car. I dealt with James McConnell for the most part he was just doing his job or should I say just enough, don't ask him or anyone there to go the extra mile it just won't happen. I had a situation where a part was no longer being manufactured by Jaguar Corp (not the customers fault) my warranty covered the part however the part was no longer available because the manufacture stopped producing it, instead of being upfront an honest from the beginning they had me to believe that the part itself was on back order and on it's way which was NOT the case I was in limbo for 4 weeks before i actually knew what was going on. I had to call another Jaguar dealership to even find out what the real situation was. I did not have a vehicle for 3 months, and they refused to provide a loaner vehicle and suggested that i go back to the place i purchase the car from, whoever heard of such a thing, because I did not purchase my Jaguar from their dealership they said they could not provide me a loaner. I would not use this dealer if they were the last dealer in town. I would sale my car first.

Awesome experience. We come from out of town and we were greeted with a professional and courteous staff. All the paperwork was ready and we back on the road in our new car in no time! The car was totally amazing on the inside and out! We’ll do business with their team anytime, job well done.

Cheap dashboard leather
Problem is my dash board buckle up@ the windshield.low miles.an the dealer concern is.not under warranty.shouldnt need a warranty for bad products put on a car:love the car but wouldn’t buy another

Warranty work
My recent visit for minor warranty work was handled very efficiently while I waited. My only disappointment is that my salesman misinformed me about 'free' navigation updates, that the service department wants me to pay $375.00 for.

Disappointment
This is in no ways a reflection of those who helped me out. But my initial visit was to replace tires. I wish I was informed last December, when I purchased and installed the tires that they were summer tires. I am not experienced in that field and bought the brand I bought thinking they were for the full season. Moving forward, if I return, I would at least like attention to something like that. I like the people and the comp car wash. But losing $1,000 on tires in less than a year of use really bothers me

Only place I will take my F-Type to.
They have a very professional and knowledgeable service staff! I take my Jaguar F-Type R here for service and maintenance. They always answer all my questions and concerns.

Good discount and fair negotiation on trade..bought. SUV ON FIRST VISIT.. plenty of inventory to compare. Nice facility and nice people. Give it a try.

Prompt friendly service. Good communication on service required and progress. Provided a new clean upscale loaner during the service. Tony was very knowledgable and provided answers to vehicle questions.
