My first time buying alone

My husband and I always bought our cars together. This time he told me to "go it alone" for my new car. Tom Crocker assisted me in finding the right vehicle and was very patient while I deliberated. When I decided, he walked me through the buying process and was very knowledgeable. I love my new Buick. I would recommend Tom and the South Jordan store to anyone that wants a great experience.

Service

Scheduled online for a recall, some other issues that needed looked at, as well as replacing a window. We live a few hours away and when we got to the dealership, we were told that they couldn't replace the window on a Saturday. We left the XRX and were given a courtesy vehicle. We scheduled to pick up the following Satirday, we called the afternoon of Friday to make sure we were ready to come out the following morning. Were told the window had not been replaced yet. We got it scheduled for the next day, but couldn't be guaranteed it would be done in time to get back for an appointment we had. We were allowed to keep the courtesy vehicle an additional week. I think part of the problem was that the information hadn't been passed on to each individual that was overseeing the progress.. Overall, I have always had great customer service and even tho this time has a bit of a hiccup, I feel like we received great customer service.

Great Work

The attendants are always friendly and courteous. I know my car is in good hands when I go to the service center at Jerry Seiner.

Great Fleet and Commercial Vehicle Sales

I worked with two salesmen Gary Bennett and Scott Cresswell. They did an excellent job of helping me find the truck I needed. They were very knowledgeable and very friendly.

great sales team

Came in and bought a new car from brandy she was great she even went out and help wash my car and as she was doing that romer came over and was talking with me about my new car I will send everyone I know in to see brandy

The Boss of service

The night service rep though I forgot his name is always professional and great to work with. He always thanks me for my business. That is why I continue to do the late late appointments. He's the man!

Great service-again!!

My son recently had a tire problem and needed two new tires. We brought his truck to the South Jordan service and since It was Saturday, they were packed. With the help of my favorite Salesperson Tom Crocker and Steve in service, they were able to work us in and complete the task. That's the reason I buy all of my family vehicles from Jerry Seiner.

First New Car

In the 50 years of our marriage, my husband and I have never bought a brand new car. While having our current vehicle serviced, we went out and were looking at the new Buicks and was greeted by Tom Crocker. He was magnificent to work with. He showed us the vehicle, took a test drive with us and appraised both of our older cars. He laid out all of the options for us to choose. It was so easy that we now have a new Buick in our driveway. Thank you Tom!

Oil Change

I loved being able to make my appointment online. The gentleman that handled the end of my visit was GREAT! He explained everything and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about.

Great service, friendly staff

EVERY SINGLE salesman/person there was extremely kind and friendly! One gentleman spent a lot of time playing with my two little boys which was EXTREMELY helpful for me and they had a BLAST! I LOVE Jerry Seiner and will never go to another dealership!
