Horrible

Took car in for engine repair. Broke my seat while it was there, took it back for seat repairs then they leave a big streak of glue down the center of the leather seat. I wouldn't ask these clowns to remove a straw from the wrapper, they'll probably break the straw.

I knew I wanted a Subaru and my salesman took me through the best options. He is knowledgeable, has years of successful experience, and he represents Subaru's advantages without offensive sales hustle. He was very helpful with a problem I had with the title of my trade-in (I was bringing that vehicle in from out of state). He gave me all the time and attention I wanted.

Great sales experience

I have now leased a new 2021 Volvo XC40. This is my third Volvo all purchased at Quantrell. I have always had good service from them and have had good results with the sales personnel.

Service review

I had my vehicle serviced for a recall. When I picked up my vehicle, the dirty cabin air filter and my glove box were both lying in my floorboard.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience that we have caused. This is very unlike our Master Technician who did this. Purchase of new 2021 XC90

We visited the dealership 4-5 times during our research of which vehicle to purchase (Audi, Mercedes, Lexus among others). Not once did the Quantrell manager interact with us; he would walk by without establishing eye contact or even saying hello. When the final purchase price was being negotiated and appropriate discounts being applied, the sales agent walked to and from the manger's office to relay the information and reprint the sales receipt. There was no interaction with the manager. Disappointing. The sales agent was awesome.

Cadillac dealership

My wife and I went in the showroom to order a new Cadillac Escalade. There was a guy sitting a desk right beside the Escalade that we walked around twice. He was alone and never even looked up to acknowledge us. There was a woman in the corner at a reception desk that never acknowledged us. We went out to the lot to see what was in stock. We looked at every Escalade they had because she is looking for a particular color. A salesman walked by us and never spoke or asked if we needed help? We walked back into the showroom and walked around the Escalade again and nobody even spoke or asked if we needed help. If you don’t have the look don’t waste your time at this dealership. They lost a very substantial sale and we went somewhere that wanted our business

As stated in our Google response to your significant other, we know that this is not an excuse, but we are short staffed due to COVID. Our Cadillac sales team working the day that you stopped by were with customers all day, but that is not a reason to have failed to acknowledge you while at our dealership. Absolutely Pleasantly Surprised

I stopped in for service today and was blown away by the teamwork, honesty, and extra effort I experienced. I kept wondering "What's the catch?" but they really were just providing superb service. I've seen this the past three times I visited, so finally decided to find a place I could leave them a review!

Great experience

We purchased on line in April from out of town. Drove in and had a very successful transaction. Could not ask for nicer, more professional staff. And they were more than fair with pricing, etc.

A quality dealership

The dealership has grown considerably and no longer has the personal quality it once had. The service folks used to know me on sight and I had a longstanding relationship with one of the sales persons that made things pretty easy. But, compared to other dealerships, this one is very fine.
