Marked up a $78 part to over $300+. More concerned about looks of vehicles than safety and correctly repairing vehicle and bills wait time into labor to drive charges up even more a simple 30min-60 by the book repair billed out for over 3 hrs of labor and no called or warning ahead before adding part to make our vehicle look better instead of even road testing the repair therefore lead to us receiving our truck back in not only an unsafe vehicle but create more issues of having to buy parts that should have been included in the repair and having to go behind the shop to fix it because no shop around would correct issue after learning their repair was responsible for rigging the repair in the first place. Owner stated he would have a talk with shop manager who insisted on lieing about repair and efforts of locating parts he charged for that werent even used doing repairs but didn't fix overcharges or corrections. Will update as still awaiting solutions days after owner stated he would call me back.

Friendly no pressure sales men; great vehicles; great deal on our trade in & price of newer car;great location. In the past all concerns were promptly addressed and solved.

promptness ! You need to work on your shop personal - dirty, unkept, sloppy. Shore motors is better than this. Show some respect for your customers!
